PayPal

Credit / debit / prepaid card
Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is made using the partner bank's payment system. The cards that are accepted are Visa, Mastercard of all banks. Bank transfer
Alternatively, the buyer is given the possibility to make his purchases by transfer - deposit.

Pay on delivery
For each shipment with a cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the fee is €5.50 up to 2 kg in weight and for each additional kg, the fee is €1.00.

SHIPPING METHODS

Products are shipped by ELTA Courier throughout Greece. For orders less than €60, the shipping cost is €3.50. For orders over €60, shipping is free. At the moment we only ship to Greece.

For large-volume shipments such as corporate gifts, shipment is made upon consultation.


The rest of Greece

RETURN POLICY

Product returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The return must be made within 14 working days of the date of receipt of your order.

In addition, the information used to identify you as an account user is two: the Login Code (Username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (Password). Each time you register your details, you are given access to your personal account. This specific process is achieved safely through encryption during their transfer to the internet and the Company's servers. By the same standards, you are given the possibility to change your Personal Secret Security Code (Password) as often as you wish. After entering the desired code, the new code is coded and stored in the Company's systems. For this reason, the only person who knows your password is yourself and you are solely responsible for keeping the password confidential from third parties. These measures are reviewed and amended when deemed necessary.
